DEPOSIT AMOUNTS
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve time with your artist.
All deposits are non-refundable and will be credited towards the final cost of your tattoo.
As a general guide:
• Minimum deposit: $100
• Some artists may require a minimum deposit of $200, depending on the project.
• Full-day appointments require a minimum deposit of $200
Additional terms and conditions may apply to full-day bookings and larger projects.
If you have any questions about deposits or booking requirements, feel free to get in touch with the studio before making your appointment.

DEPOSIT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are required to secure your appointment and reserve time with your artist.
All deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of illness, emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
We understand that life happens and plans can change, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding of this policy. It helps protect the time, preparation and design work that goes into every appointment, while allowing us to continue providing the best possible service to all of our clients.
Your deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

Rescheduling Your Appointment
We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If less than 72 hours' notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another appointment date. This helps cover lost appointment time, design preparation and other associated costs.
Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule only.
Any additional reschedules will result in the loss of your deposit and the
cancellation of your booking.

Rebooking
If your deposit has been forfeited and you wish to make a new appointment, a
new deposit of the same amount as the original deposit will be required to secure the new booking.
By paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

PUNCTUALITY
We do our best to stay on schedule, and we ask our clients to do the same.
Our artists often work with multiple clients throughout the day, so arriving on time helps keep everything running smoothly for everyone. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late without providing notice may forfeit their appointment and deposit at the artist's discretion. If your artist is running behind schedule, we'll always do our best to contact you as soon as possible and keep you updated.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we'll always make every effort to respect your time just as we ask you to respect ours.

SKIN CONDITIONS & NUMBING CREAM
Your skin needs to be in good condition for us to safely and effectively tattoo the area.
If you arrive at your appointment and your skin is not suitable for tattooing, we may need to reschedule the appointment. In some cases, this may result in the loss of your deposit.
Conditions that may prevent us from tattooing include, but are not limited to:
• Sunburn
• Allergic reactions
• Eczema flare-ups
• Psoriasis flare-ups
• Acne flare-ups
• Rashes
• Cuts or abrasions
• Bruising
• Any skin condition that may affect healing or the tattooing process

If you're unsure whether your skin is suitable for tattooing, we recommend sending us a photo before your appointment so we can advise you accordingly.

Numbing Cream
If you intend to use numbing cream, please discuss this with your artist before your appointment.
Some numbing products can affect the skin, impact the tattooing process and lead to less predictable healing results.
Clients who apply numbing cream without notifying their artist beforehand may have their appointment rescheduled, and their deposit may be forfeited.

When in doubt, simply ask. We'd much rather discuss it beforehand than run into issues on the day of your appointment.
